Just for the detail - the first 11 days are fruits, veggies and spices only. No meat, no bread/pastas and certainly no ranch dressing. The next 11 days you get to add chicken and fish back into the mix. That starts Thursday for us. I may have a chicken smoothie for breakfast.
So here on day nine, it's not that I'm hungry - b/c I'm not. It's that I'm not satisfied. I want something besides freaking squash/zuccini/sweet potato - the avacados help, but really, I'm ready to eat one of my own children. Not b/c I miss meat so much, but mostly b/c they happen to be made of meat, and I need something. So far I've been able to hold off, but if they were made of pasta (or if there was a slight hint that they were even stuffed with pasta), they would be goners.
